REFUND POLICY

Cancelling Orders
We do not want to have to enforce a "all sales are final" rule. However every time when we refund orders we are still charged all processing fees. It is getting really difficult absorbing all these fees and refunding orders in full. So please make sure you want the items that you ordered before placing the order.

Refund Policy/Returns 
Please contact us to be considered for a return at info@dearestdiapers.com
Returns will be considered for 15 days from when your purchase was received. Items need to be unused, unwashed, clean with all tags attached (original packaging) and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and our shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All Sale items, Hygiene Products such as Cloth Diapers and Pads, all DD Exclusives, Car Seats, Strollers, Furniture, Bassinets and Beds are Final Sale and not eligible for any return or exchanges.

Gift cards 
Downloadable software products

Please remember, we do not accept returns of Baby Wraps, Carriers or Ring Slings for Woven irregularities such as weaver's knots.
We do not accept returns of Wooden Toys for Wood Knots or grain, little imperfections or wood not taking staining in all areas. These are normal wooden toy imperfections.

*If you received a FREE item or a Promotional Item with your Order (such as Free item on Order over $x), then you are required to return the item unused, unwashed, unworn, when you Order amount falls below the required Purchase amount in Order to qualify for the Free item. Or we will have to charge you for the item, or deduct the Free item from your Dollar Refund Amount. 
*Dearest Diapers reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund on returned items!

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dearestdiapers.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We are more than happy to allow exchanges of unused, unwashed, unworn and new with all tags attached (where applicable) items within your 15 day window. We will not refund or pay for shipping to and from you for the Exchange!, To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at info@dearestdiapers.com

Defective Merchandise 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase .Most Manufacturers handle Warranty issues, so please contact the Manufacturer to find out how to start the Warranty claim. If you need any assistance from us email info@dearestdiapers.com

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. If you are unsure or have questions at any time, please email us info@dearestdiapers.com

Return Shipping 
To return your product, please contact us first to initiate your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. - This does not apply to fulfillment mistakes, defective merchandise or warranty claims.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we can not track your item or do not have a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
